On 17 September the Assembly agreed the Regional Development Strategy. See the Official Report (Hansard) for an account of the Debate.

A Strategic Environmental Assessment will be published in the Autumn as a concluding statement on the sustainability of the proposals contained in the RDS and to inform the process of implementation.

Implementation
The Department will now proceed to implement the Strategy as described in Chapter 13 of the RDS. Information on progress will be posted on this website at regular intervals.
